A Proven Prosecutor
The Attorney General is Georgia’s chief prosecutor and law enforcement officer. As one of the youngest prosecutors ever elected in Georgia, Ken Hodges dedicated 12 years of his career trying countless cases and protecting the rights of all Georgians as a District Attorney.
Ken Hodges’ effective and progressive leadership as District Attorney, both in the courtroom and in the community, has prepared him better than any other candidate to serve as Georgia’s next Attorney General. Hodges will take a common sense approach to protecting Georgia’s children and families, cracking down on gang-related violence and drug trafficking, curbing urban crime and providing greater protections for Georgia consumers.

8/30/2010ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Former Dougherty District Attorney Ken Hodges is now focusing on the general election after a runaway win in the Democratic primary for Attorney General.

Hodges says he will again stress his experience as a prosecutor and law enforcer, saying Georgians deserve more than a career politician who has never prosecuted criminals.
A Thank You Message From Ken
7/21/2010Last night's victory was a win for all of Georgia. The voters of this state are not about politics, but about experience. The voters of this state are not about someone seeking office, but about a candidate seeking justice.
For 15 months I have traveled around our state and listened to the voter's concerns. As the next Attorney General, I will continue to take on public corruption under the gold dome, continue to fight predatory lenders and continue to protect Georgia families.
